Just listing your name for malware found is not enough. Every malware manufacturer may use a different name for the same malware trace, so your identification will be different from another vendor's. Paid versions of other software provide the ability to connect to a link to find out more information about what was found.
To a critical eye, this additional detail can allow the user to discern whether the detection is a false positive or a cleverly disguised malware agent, so as to report it or whitelist it. The last thing you want to do is to remove a critical dll or driver or whitelist an actual malware agent.
