The first thing I noticed when I installed this piece of software was the user interface and how it was SO bad. No offence but surely for a yearly release (which I assume you do)you would upgrade the UI? Compared to payed alternatives this UI is really basic and if you want to reach the market leader you WILL have to improve this feature.
